Great Breast Cancer Rhinestone put a praise on it shirt
"On April 22nd of this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have
stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma that has spread to my lymph nodes as
well. I'm estrogen, progesterone and HER2 positive. Around that same
time it was also discovered that I had skin cancer on my back that would
need removed before I started chemo. My first chemo was May 25th with
today, September 23rd, being my last. Cancer isn't pretty. It has taken
the most physical and emotional toll on my body and has caused a level
of fatigue like I've never experienced before. Each day is different
while on chemo. Whether it's pain all over, pain in my legs, feeling
like my bones could break, hard to walk, feeling like I could pass out,
light headed, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, having a hard time eating,
hair loss, bloating, food tasting bad, hot flashes, chest pain or having
my medical port ache it's not something I'd wish on anyone. Some days
are easier than others. It's easy to smile and it's easy to cry. So one
step done in my journey to beat cancer and I feel truly blessed for all
the love, support, thoughts and prayers I receive on a daily basis.
Here's to fighting cancer!"
